Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All product images represent the exact item you will receive. However, in rare cases, the manufacturer may update the design or packaging without prior notice, functionality and fit always remain the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Then we will send your invoice with your order.

How can I return an item?

Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide the correct return address and label if needed.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we restock most popular items weekly. If an item is unavailable, yo can contact our support team, they’ll give you an estimated restock date.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship across the UK, Europe and all over the World. For international orders, please contact us before checkout to confirm delivery options and costs.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within the UK, depending on your location and courier availability.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
